The mayor of Detroit, Dave Bing, said that his administration cannot afford to go on providing services such as schools, firefighters, buses and rubbish collection to large areas of the city where the population has dropped sharply and fewer people paying property taxes has left a $300m hole in the budget. No one will be forced to move but those who remain outside of designated parts...

This shoe was featured in Editor’s Pick today and is the collaborative work of New Balance and locally based Cambridge boutique, Concepts. They teamed up to create a JFK-inspired maritime themed shoe. Kennedy grew up sailing, took part in the Navy, and after years of collecting, filled his house with ship models, scrimshaw and sailing trophies.
Not sure if it will make its way into...
